There is the possibility of acquiring a fully functioning 4 * hotel on the beachfront. It currently has almost 100 rooms.
There is a project to make a total renovation of the hotel and increase the number of rooms to just over 300 rooms with a total construction of 26.000m2.
There are two options:
1. It is sold to reform and with a 25-year management contract with a 6 – 7% return for the new owner.
2. It is sold free of operator, and the new owner can keep the hotel in its current state or reform it according to his preferences.
